The Next Generation Leaders Forum is recognized globally by JA Worldwide® as the premier international conference for Junior Achievement youth. For over 40 years, Next Generation Leaders has been providing students with the confidence, belief and direction needed to be successful in business and life. More than 3,000 top Achievers have participated and become recognized business and community leaders around the world.
Delegates are individually selected as top performers in the Junior Achievement Company Program, and chosen to attend for their high potential and the opportunity to advance their career.
The Next Generation Leaders experience is a unique blend of personal growth, practical experience and confidence building. Delegates face real business challenges and develop strategies in collaboration with their global peers, university faculty and industry volunteers.
